It's free respec weekend so I'm gonna test a few build variations. There are 1000+1 threads on build recommendations, what I ask is what would be a good way to evaluate an all-purpose PvE build.

Such as: run KM2 and check pot consumption and time (afraid to solo KM3 ;-) )
Same for Hall of Valheim + Elite (without bosses for me)
Same for first Bloodhammer + Elite

That's 5 runs per build... is a lot. Plus does not take into account party support (armor reduction is better with more people...)
For me it takes about 15 seconds to earn 1 health potion, so the score for each map would be
time_seconds + h.p.*15 + m.p.*7, lower better.

What would be your way to evaluate? Just play and feel?
