passive for armor and damage doesnt work

doesnt show in the avatar stats and ive tried to fo 1v1 with a mob to see my dmg but it didnt rise, its still the same also for armor-ign anerag

The increase is there it just isn't being showed. I read somewhere they want to get it fixed before 2014(or I'm just loosing it xD)

I did the same as anerag, attacked mob before added passive and after, I didn't see a change either
