Dark watch sword = 100% crit buff
Arcane and Mythic= Not Better buffs than dws I really want that dws get other buffs Why 100%? That means each hit is crit! They should be nerfed!
Arcane And Mythic is good enough thats why that buffs but why on dws 100% buff?
Please sts nerf it

It not always happen plus warrior crit dmg is low,like my lvl 21 twink use that sword.and warrior got no +250 percent critical skill

Lol.. Do you even understand the actual buff?
First of all, the 100% Crit Buff is a proc. A proc is an item's special abiltiy that can activate at any random time. That means you have to keep hitting the sword for a chance to even get the buff. After the proc activates, then you get the 100% Crit buff.
Besides it doesn't last forever or for very long. I would say, learn to adapt.

The proc is like literally 2 seconds long lol I wish they made it atleast 3 seconds

If you know that then you will also know there's better procs out there. I swear, the majority of players in this game only think two things: damage & critical %

Uh huh... Well good luck with getting the weapon nerfed.
Like Apollo said, damage and crit aren't the only important stats.
how about vorpal blade?
Vorpal is the same, but lowest level is 15
