Requesting Password

Hi,
For some reason I forgot my password and I requested a temporary password for my account. I got an email from them but the password that they send to my email was not working. I tried like 4 times. Why is it happening? Do I need to wait like 24 hours?

try the "request temporary password" button again for a new password.
then try it again, if it still doesnt work, you may need to contact support (support@spacetimestudios.com)
they might ask a few questions to make sure its really you and not someone pretending to be you.
