I bought for rogue mythic helmet 26lvl, and and went to Hermit (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?114630-Guide-How-to-Upgrade-Your-Mythic-Helm-and-Armor-and-become-%93The-Hero-of-Legend%94) to upgrade my helm...But the quest he will not let me, why? Can I do something wrong?

You have to have both the mythic helm and mythic armor and be a level 36 to upgrade your items. If you have both items and are a level 36 visit the following thread for a guide:
