I bought mythic helm 26lvl for rogue, and he went to Hermit to upgrade... But the quest he will not let me, why? Can I do something wrong?

Do you have the armor also? If you don't, you cannot receive the quest to upgrade your mythics. You have to have both pieces in order to upgrade.
