I don't know if this is a popular idea but given that level 36 players have Arcane (weapons and or pets) + Mythic + upgraded equipment with superior gems. I think level 35 players shouldn't play with level 36. The gap in gear between level 35 & level 36 is too big.

Theres hardly enough pvp rooms as is. I disagree but see your point.

Both of your points are correct. We do need the volume as there seems to be very few pvp maps to choose from at any given time, however; lv35s are usually fodder for lv36 mythics and spend the whole map complaining about being such. Overall I would rather have a harder time finding a game than worrying that I will have a lv35 handicap on my team. The match up can't possibly be fun for lv35s either.
