Time for replacing gems

Hi Guys

Apologies if the answer can be found elsewhere.

How long does it take to replace a gem on mythic items if all 3 sockets are already used? Is it another 2 days?

Regemming is 12 hours no matter what I believe so it would be a day and a half to upgrade them all c;
