Simple/Easy way to add more content

When creating a new game, have an option to either set it to normal(default) or "elite."
With the game on "elite" mode, mobs and bosses are significantly tougher, chances of rare loot drops are increased and new loot that will only drop if game is set on "elite."

Everyone would just do elite IMO for the loot :/. Honistly but then again xp would be faster in default could be a good idea. But that's why we have elite dungeons

yep, oh yeah and btw now that you mentioned it, I wonder if the devs will make another elite dungeon maybe like ancient swamps
