Elusive Four Skratch

I was running in watchers tombs tonight, and came across skratch, I was trying to level up my twink(level 11 at the moment), however is it normal for my party and myself to not be able to harm skratch at all? His health meter didn't move down once at all. Just wondering if it was a glitch or bug. Thank you.

Well he is elite boss... so if you all were low levels it is obvious that you dont make much damage.

If he is an elite boss, he should only be spawning for elite levels, or if for lower levels then he should be scaled down, for a brand new player in the game, that's wildly crazy to assume they can damage an elite boss. Full party going all out on skratch at level 11/12 that was impossibly hard and everyone kept dying. So it would be nice to what's up with that.

It's normal.Just spam pots or tell your tank/Mage (if u got dem) to heAl/and keep it busy while u spam skills/pot
