13th quest in Dark Forest?

I'm level 14 running around in dark forest. I've completed 12/13 quests and can't seem to find a npc that has the 13th one. Any ideas where I missed it?

You didn't, you need to buy the castle map to finish that. :)

The last one's a little weird. I haven't experimented and verified that it's level-related, but the last is a quest you'll get from Krowe (I think that's the name--the bird that gives you the Vinny the Minotaur quest). All it is is to talk with one of the guards in Balefort.

I think you have to be level 15 plus it's requires the next campaign.
