Is there a pure Archer

When I level up I get the chance to spend points in STR DX or INT. When I used to play runescape, silkroad or WOW there was something as pure STR or pure INT does it apply to this game? I am an Archer I've not used a single point in anything other than the DX should I spare some points to the STR? I don't think I'll need the INT. Right?

Right now if u have an avian as a char I suggest u go all Dex cause their most effective

I was thinking about respeccing and putting STR and INT up to 11 to get the 1 H/S and M/S for a relatively low cost. For the sake of 19 DEX, is there any reason why I shouldn't?
