I am unable to see this in the marketplace at all. Found a .apk file from a previous post, downloaded it, got it installed. Now theres a new version out and can't update since it is not in the market. Any ideas?
I updated from market ithout problems.

The beta is being run through the Android Market. If you are unable to get it through the market for some reason, we want to determine why so that can be addressed.
We're temporarily allowing the older versions again while the required update mechanism is cleaned up, so it's clearer how to go about updating when required, but if you're playing without being able to see it in the market, you're going to run into this problem before long again.
