I'm master of shadow realms and almost no one gets on I had given it to an officer a couple months ago and was given it back recently do I disband or do I try building it up again? Disbanding would result in me making another guild!

If you're just going to make another guild that you'll build up why not build up the one you already have. I'm not understanding the need to create a new one.

If you really want to build up your guild, be devoted and invest your time in recruiting and help maintain order
In the guild, make it fun for others

I'm always about joining established communities because I personally don't have that much time to play. If I had to manage my own guild on top of playing, I'd have zero time in real life!

As others said - If you really wanna build new guild, you need to be devoted for that. It needs lots of hardwork.
On the other hand I suggest you join any friendly social guild :)

Once, me and 1 friend managed to handle a guild pretty good. But since I'm continue studying now, we are both busy and can only rarely play. As results, we only play on twink level on another guild. To maintain a guild you must have time dedicated to it. Otherwise, you should have like 10 officers that are active and can manage activities in the guild on your absence. In my previous guild, only me and guild master managed to organize some elite running, farming, etc.

Been a GM it hard so i strongly recommend to talk to your officer... if they dont listen talk to your must loyal member promote them and talk to them.. to your officer demote them or kick them ( i know it hard but is the best way) If something stopping u just remove it!!!.

Even if the guild stay with couples member it okay but they loyal...

Think good before u make your move... be strong and pls dont let member give u hard time lol... u r GM at the end and they will leave even if u dont want to!... so keep the great job

And remember u r good GM beacuse u taking/finding solution for your guild.

The reason I say about starting a new guild is cause I'm at a lose with my guild everyone is mostly offline only one or two of my officers get online and its for an extremely short time I appreciate all this advice guys I manage the guild frequently anymore and there was a time I took a week off of AL just to relax from gaming so any suggestions on that I mean I'm trying to turn it into an AP guild but its definitely a challenge!
