Did I really misplace stuff in my stash?

After the update timer was announced, one of my guildies checked her stash and realised she is missing 1 million gold. She is 100% sure she did stash 3 mil and now she has 1989988 gold which is also odd because she is always stashing round numbers.

A few minutes in and another guildie reports missing a lep from stash, im sure this is not a coincidence. Please look into this sts.

Well, I've actually had things dissappear, but I can't be sure I didn't sell them. I remember at one time having 4 or 5 L36 quills of brutality. Then, all of sudden, none.

I am not sure if I lost items in stash, since I can't remember everything in my stash.
But a friend of mine has such experience, he lost a few previous season LB banners and one Lepre amulet.
And the sad thing is dev won't help you recover the lost items in this case.

I always stash my gold as it avoids making mistakes buying, listing, trading, etc. Haven't experienced gold going missing.

In cs, I was certain I put 2 gems in auction, when I checked again later, they disappeared, I checked my completed sales and it wasn't there..

Well... unfortunately, its really impossible to know if you lost anything. I may have sold mine, but I don't remember it. Things go in... things come out... if something small dissappeared, I probably wouldn't notice it. And there isn't a way to prove it.

You probably already tried this, but make sure you weren't lagging. If you lag, CS sales won't come up sometimes.

Myself lost a darkwatch level 10 and several weapons from my stash account which is a level 1 char. Was unused and been stashed since months but with full 250 twink pinks. But lately found less than half remained. Tried to look all over accounts if I misplaced or gave. No sign of anything so far.

I'm sorry to hear you don't know where you placed your items. If you want, you can contact our Support Team who may be able to track it down for you. In talking with Gnosis about this, every time we've gone fishing for lost items like this, the user had traded it, sold it, deleted it or had their little brother log on to their account (that is against the ToS to share in the first place) and do something with it.

Items in your stash are as secure as your account is. If you've shared your account info, well maybe you should be changing your password to only something you know?
