My Mythic Armor level didnt upgraded

Hi, my warrior mythic helm didnt upgraded when i finished the quest.
I already back to Jerryl. The quests is finished but i my helm didnt upgraded and i didnt get the "Acquired Restored Heroes Armor" Title.
Is this a bug or is there anything else i should do?

i already sent the email to spacetime support.
someone name Gnosis reply me : Did you have the item on your character when you completed it or was it in your stash?
i answer : Yes. I always wear it. the item is not in my stash, because i wore it.
After that no more reply at all. :(
Does STS support always like that? no solution?

Support is top quality most of the time they are probably examining your account to check things then get things cleared up that's how they work they are good at what they do also!
