I bought an ebook at kobo for 4,99€ on friday and im still waiting for my 784 Plat reward!

Yes, I send an email to the NativeX support and i got the request number 00094735 but until now nothing happend - no feedback. I was told to get an answer in 3 business days - nothing!

I send a second email and after some problems everything is fine now. Platinum received, customer happy - thats the way how it should be!
