Upgrading Mythic

Hey All, I'm having a problem with the condensed Essence while crafting my mythics, I have used my mythics Both armor and helm, But my Condensed essence is Green on mythics, what should I do? The armor is Not crafted with any Gems, while the Helm is crafted with one, I'm wondering whats my Problem, if you could help me, Thanks!

Try deleting the quest and picking it up again and redo. Otherwise contact support.

same thing happen to me. i just went on w/ quest and took it to baticus. after i finished all the quest for mythic armor i got the mythic banner.
