level 19 Dexbear or Intbear build?

Hai, I just started playing and i've been browsing the forum for a while and i wanna make a level 19 dexbear or intbear. I could use some help, but i know people won't give out they're builds, so any tips or help i would appreciate it. =D

I have a Dex Bear and it is very fun to play with good combos :)
