I can't do the elites to well I'm level 36 and I've been on the game since a little before nordr expansion hit I've got a guild since then and some people look up to me in helping them I would really like the bat so I can better help my guild!

I'd ask your guild for help. My judgement of elite inan'hesh is that you need a high dps team that either plat revives or (better yet) doesn't die.
Again: its a guild's job to help its members.

But as gm of your own guild, wouldn't it be really cool to lead some guildies to what might be their first elite Inan kill?
