Shuyal Gladiator Arena - Bugged?

Had no idea how the arena (Just this particular one) bugged. But, this was how it looked like.

Inaccessible through the lanterns and damages were intake for no apparent reason.

This bug is currently occurring whenever your team dies to frostir. When the boss resets, the lanterns (and the barrier they provide) are not also reset.
