Tarlok’s Wrath Event is on now through Jan. 6th.
Travel to Frozen Hope each day to collect daily quests and spend Winterfest tokens. You must be level 10 to enter Frozen Hope.
Completing all Frozen Hope Daily Quests will grant you a Frozen Chest that has a chance to give unique Frozen Armaments (Armor or Helm), Spider Pet, or the chance for additional Winterfest Tokens.
When you defeat a Boss in Arlor, there is a chance that one of Tarlok’s Rifts will appear. Journey through Tarlok’s Rifts to fight one of three different Bosses or face Tarlok and his Ice Dragon!
Tarlok’s Rifts appear more frequently when harder bosses are defeated. The Rifts have the greatest chance to appear when an Elite Boss is defeated. The Rifts do not appear in the Gladiator Arena or Brackenridge zones.
Each of the 4 bosses found inside Tarlok’s Rifts drops Winterfest Tokens and a chance for a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Imbued Gold Frozen Chest.
There are limited time crafting recipes found in Frozen Hope that are purchasable with Winterfest Tokens used to combine the Bronze, Silver, and Gold chests to "upgrade" them to the next type.
New limited time event crafting recipes are available in Frozen Hope for purchase with Winterfest Tokens.
There are new items that can also be purchased with Winterfest Tokens from the vendor in Frozen Hope.
Pet Eggs have been added to Locked Grand Crates of the watch, which may rarely drop when opening that include:

New Holiday Arcane rarity pet egg: The Brothers Whim
Mythic rarity pet eggs: Slag, Ripmaw and Abbadon

Guild page - moved location of disband/leave guild button.

Major disconnecting problems guys :( And also I've noticed that pm's don't show up when you send them. To be clear, when u receive pm's they show up, you just can't see your own pm in chat.

A lot of you guys are wondering why there's only one vanity set out "winter rage". They second vanity can e aquired with the tokens. My green Santa vanity for Mage costed 550 tokens, 250 tokens for 30plat 100 for 15plat
Also the reindeer is 300tokens & the ice tiger is around 150. Good luck(:

I think adding my lthic pet is good idea. Many new ppl can enjoy past mythic pet and its still good to gold converting but my 1000plat wouldnt like it

the tarlok gem is base on the description, for which stats get the super gem bonus
if it says STR/DEX then it will be 2 str 2 dex, with super gem it's 4 str 2 dex. that is on a level 36 item,

Agree, this is ridiculous, I understand Grimm being a egg due to he was a holiday pet but now all mythic pets are eggs that's so.... For a lack of better words, unfair to anyone who bought for 250plat

Not all players could afford to buy mythic pets with plat. In my country for example u can't collect so many plats from offers that would allow u to buy them.

Okay, when i read that there will be a daily quests for this winter event, i was happy, then i do the dailies and when i'm done with all but the into the Lair Quest, it took me so long just to find a rift coz im not a cash player and obviously have no plat to pay 1-5 golds depending on which lair you want to go. I thought it was just easy to find one but then i remembered that Rift appear frequently on harder bosses. so i was wondering how those below lvl 25 gonna enjoy the event if they'll have a hard time finishing those new daily event quests. Should've made the lowest lvl boss appear at least in brackenridge just to finish the quest. in addition to that, Crafting recipes costs much winterfest tokens than i had imagined. It's like this winterfest event is made exclusively for platinum and high level players and not for all.

You should get a better tatic I think :) I formed a party with 3 other guildmates, then we split in Ydra Forest maps until one finds the portal and invite others. It often takes about 5 mins till someone finds portal from the start of the split!

im in purple, and we make a party and i normally let the boss kill me at the end then when my party goes in the portal i leave the party. then i run to the end and go into the portal and its empty to 3 more people can join me. best. :) causes deaths but who cares! :tongue:

Not for anything, but these pets have not been available for purchase since late August/September. There was no danger of anyone having buyers remorse from buying the pet with plat days before the event started.

Grimm at the time was 'marketed' as a plat exclusive pet, only to be sold the following week as an egg and purchasable with gold.

I kinda hoped they would have released them as plat eggs again, but making them lootable in Lockeds makes them equally rare and still hard to attain, if not harder.

Great event so far, if not just a bit confusing at first :)
