I would assume the richest ones are the merchants that sell the high priced items like greatjuice/trueplaya/xom etc...

yeh trueplayer is seriously rich, 2 mega blasters, 2 keepers, full void, lots of mills

Xom- 65 mil before he gave most of it away
Toughie-25 mil may have hovered a bit
Thelonearcher-20 mil throughout his lifetime of pocketlegends (gave away most of it) this guy is too generous
Ginodiaoxcn-Hovering around 15 mil or something like that
Fabz-11 Mil I believe
MasterChief-8-10 mil I believe
Puretanker(Mysticaldream)-7.5 mil
Many others, personally I had 4 mil when A03 hit but gave away a lot of my gold, now im sitting at 1.4 mil
