it appears as though ur first concern is damage? i mean look at all that red, lots of red doent mean its great gear, can't focus on just dmg and dps. ur losing armor hp and dex for 10 dps?

37 armor isn't sufficient really. Also, it's not upgraded. Sealord is. So I'd only lose 1 dex if it was upgraded. Also damage would be much higher when I upgrade it.
Saying that lots of red means it's bad gear, to be honest, is an ignorant statement (no offense here just saying). If I had a helm that gave strength and intelligence, but no dex, and I check stats of a helm like this, then it obviously isn't "bad gear". Stats are just distributed in a way that best suits my purpose: dealing damage.
Anyway, to all my level 25 friends, no need to level up :) just get this and you'll destroy those pesky 27s.
