Warrior tank respec for new combat rebalance help!

So I logged on to my account to see that my lvl 50 strength bear only has 111 defense!

My gear is :
Jacobs helm of rift
zuraz lance
power armor of rift
and scarab buckler of toth (mana regen)

my point distribution is:
Strength 182
dex: 68
intel: 5

My question is with the new changes to the system and the free respec should I make changes to my bear? Or is the free respec more for people who want to change their typing completely? (like changing it into a dex or intel bear etc) Help would be most appreciated since the free spec if for a limited time.

first of all, you should get a rift shield since it has ms now.
I am keeping my state at 158 str, and rest into dex.

i hav all the rift set but now is not good, make your bear of int or dex, with strength you cant do nothing, you die quickly (because you dont hav armor, only a lot of hp, but, you loose hp more quickly) you cant kill nothing because the weapons are slow and very weak, you cant hav crit hit, you cant tank or do something.

you need 16 int for 1 mana regen!!!
