This is the event banner & I for one must say it looks amazing, GREAT JOB STS

& yes the banner does have a snowflake particle effect

Ok I may just be thinking weirdly of this, but isn't this the second day of the event? And isn't it called "15 Days" of Frozen Hope? How'd you get it so soon? I just don't get this event at all in the first place, maybe I'm just dumb.

You do not need to kill the bosses for the 15 day thing, you only need to enter the zone.

Further, there is 10% chance that Tarlok will be the boss, per Samhayne. No plat required, just patience. But you can still get this banner without ever having even seen Tarlok.

First kill any boss (except brackenridge & gladiator arena bosses) & there's a chance for a Rift to appear the chances of the bosses are as follows

Ice goblin: 40%

Ravonous Tundra Wolf: 30%

Thorbold The Ice Knight: 20%

Tarlok: 10%

If you want alot of rifts I'd highly recommend doing south seas, I've already farmed 2k tokens FOR FREE in the last 2 days
