-Class? Operative.
-Armor Set? Stargod.
-Weapon(s)? Primed Chrome Phoenix.
-Skill(s) used? Blur. [+35]
-Implant? Platinum Dodge Implant. [+7]
-Map Specs? Any spot/panel with debris on any of the UC Shipyard maps. [+10]

There you go, 96 dodge for 3-4 seconds. :)

It's indeed legit. Yellow orbs do stack up(+5 dodge each) up to 3. Bravo! :)
