I was crafting my golden frozen chest,after finished,I open it and I got nothing.Is Golden Frozen Chest get Bugged?

and the next question is, how did you open on a lvl 8? as far as i know, the chest are character locked. not tradable, stashable, or anything of the sort and you must be lvl 10 to even participate in even. so what is going on here?

Items only appear if it's lvl 10 or higher but since ur lvl 8, it is impossible to get items from chest, need to be level 10 or higher. But the question is, how did you get access to a frozen chest at level 8? Glitch?

looking deeper into this there was in fact a glitch, thank you for the report!

This will be fixed in the next update.

To respond to the statement about not being able to access the content until level 10, this is true in most cases. However if you are playing with your friends who are level 13 while you are level 8 in Rooks nest and get a portal, it is very possible for you to acquire a chest. You are effectively playing in a level 10+ zone where the event portals do spawn.

All events STS have held are normally Level 10 and up.

If you want to twink at 8 then you can't run the events for 10, simple really, either level or can't participate w that toon. No matter how good your gear is, a lvl 8 char is not scaled to fight even the goblin. You'd get thrashed.

I tried several .....when you open chest on toons below lv10, you get nothing, the chests are empty for lv10-
