Respec five pack is still being charged...

Bought a respec pack two days ago. Content update claims free respecs for a limited time. However each respec is still charging me. Can I get a platinum credit?

Actually, I would like an answer to this as well.

I currently have RESPEC (2) left. If I respec, then will this deduct to 1 and then I use another to 0 and then the free ones kick in?

No idea unfortunately. Please try it out and see... and email us in support to take care of things that did not work as you expected.

When you go to confirm the respec it asks if you would like to purchase a respec for 0p or use one you have already purchased.

I did this on my iPad. There was no confirm for my respec. I hit the button and it respecced the character and took away one of my paid respecced. I then did it on another char and I was down to no respecs. I now have no option to respec. I don't see whete to do this.

I have emailed support but just wanted to share my experience.

OK, I see the problem. You do NOT want to hit respec. What you want to do is 'adjust stats.' as if you had just leveled. Go there, and zero them out, then put it the way you would like to test. At this point, it asks if you would like to use a respec or pay 0 plat, click 0 plat of course and it does not take your respecs.
