I think its levels 8-10 can find the doom weapons. They can be found in any part of Forest Haven

Idk know if a level 8 can loot a doom weapon, but I have experience with a lvl 66 looting one so maybe 8-76 lol.

Maybe if you used the host anywhere elixir. I know , as argyros said, high levels can loot one. Ive looted a doom weapon on a 70+ before, however I think it is easier on a lower lv. Re-roll sure does help in lower lv maps like haven and forest.
