Well my first Character was a bird......but after level 20, they are so weak.....I need a solution of getting good
damage...I get owned in PVP and PVE....I have like 20 -40 damage...
Please comment below.....

What weapons and armor do you use? That may be a factor in your DMG output.
(Also, refrain from 'bumping' threads its not supported anymore)

I had an fbow lvl14 but unfortunately it got scammed :'( ......but even with that I didnt have good damage

Try to buy a good l19-21 helmet. Your skills may also limit you. Do you have your buffs at level 5+? Try and put 3+ points into shattering, and if you solo often, put 3-5 into root wall. Make sure blast shot is maxed as well.
In pve, try to run around, gather a large amount of monsters, root them all (this takes away there dodge) use shattering (this removes some armor) and use blast shot. Don't forget to buff. If a mob is running to close, use repulse or avian scream.
You may also want to try using a bow... Search in the cs for a l19-21 purp/pink, it shouldn't be more than 5k.

Its normal for you to seem weak around 20. Go full dex if you haven't. Try getting to level 30, you get a shivering talon/xbow set which is good.
If you lose mana alot, dont worry, its normal at lower levels. You can buy potions in a guildhall.

Tips for PVP:
1.If you are facing a bear,do thorn root or thorn wall,do the armor break skill,use your crossbow to do some heavy damage
2.If you are facing a mage,you will need a auto-crossbow.Also,max out your skills so that their healing power won't work so well
