Free Platinum offers bug

Hi, I have completed most of the free platinum offers from NativeX and I haven't receive the platinum I have only receive one from downloading the dungeon keeper and the rest haven't. I tried clicking the help icon but the result is still the same. Please look into this matter.

Btw being at other places is so cool :( there are so many plats offer which give so much. Here I only seldom get offers that give 1 plat each, rarely give 4 plat :( Like the case in my thread, I need 4 plat to open my very first crate because its really hard to get plat here :(

We don't handle the plat grants from offers. You need to contact their customer support.

I have not got my platinum from offers. I have emailed NativeX (Formally W3i) about it and hopefully I will get my free plat.

Hi, I only think that it's the offer bug like you can see in the screenshot there's only one that worked the rest is all bug.

And if you happened to pay for the offer and still didn't get the Plat or receive any feedback from their support team after sending multiple emails, then what?

Surely you (sts) must take some responsibility for using their services in the first place. Free offers is not as bad, but the pay offers is kind of ridiculous.
