Changing the order of your skill buttons?

Hi I am new to this game. I was just wondering how can i change or move my skill buttons around. I respec my skills but i dont like the order in which they are place on the screen, can I move or arrange the skill buttons to the order that i want it to be? Step by step directions please TY.

on the Skill Tab, you'll see a big red button where the auto attack button is labelled MAP SKILLS. Cant miss it.
