Winter Rings animation

I like the animation the winter rings give on character while playing

However was it meant to not show on the character screen or in auction? Because it currently isn't displaying on those screens while archon and mythic rings give the glow

Also do the tarlok amulets have a similar animation?

I don't think tarlok's have same animation because I have one myself and it hasn't shown any animation

Tarlok don't seem to have an animation but the winter rings arent displaying in towns or players pages as u mentioned
