Spell update mistake?

Well spells were supposed to be better to make up for lost weapon speed (especially important for warriors) but the spells seem to be worse, at least for warriors. I have 290 strength and my damaging spells have gotten about 25-30 extra damage. However, buffs and debuffs are down by 50%, and they are better than attacking spells in the first place.

Probably just a mistake, but hope you guys fix
