Forum technical Support?

Hi! I didn't see where to post this....so here goes.
I'm a new forum member. I can't get my private messaging system to work...it gives me an error message that I don't have sufficient privileges to access the page. I won a contest, so I was sent a private message, but have no way to respond to it privately. While on my inbox page it showed a red box that said I needed to delete the message because I didn't have storage to use...Apparently, I have an inbox, but it has 0 messages allowed.
I thought being a registered forum member includes being able to send and receive private messages....what gives? Is there something I need to turn on or do?

I think you need a specific amount of posts or rank before you can PM, or you can contact support@spacetimestudios.com if it still doesn't work

If there's a post count requirement, it's usually 5 posts. Now that you've made this post, check to see if you can send a PM.
