Newbie Question - opening Locked Crates on lvl 10

Hi,

I'm new and lvl 10 pvp twink. I want to open lots of crate and willing to spend big amount, I'm just wondering can I loot/get mythic items (high lvl gear) and arcane pets even I'm opening crates in lvl 10?

The chance for mythic and arcane is the same for opening at all levels. The only difference between opening on one level or another is the level of the legendary items.
