Hello,
I am using an Android phone to play PL. I cannot seem to buy platinum. I get stuck on a screen with a character walking inside a banner forever it seems. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue as well, I could access the Amazon pay site for Platinum prior to the latest update.

We'll look into it. You should also be able to just go to pocketlegends.com with a web browser.

Hello,
Okay, now I can get to the order page. I filled in all the info. Then waited for the platinum to show up on my account and nothing showed up. I checked my bank account sure enough the money plus a fee was debited from my account. Then I checked my email and it says the transaction failed. The money is debited from my account though. So now what do I do?

Same here. I bough $20 worth of platinum also. At first it said transaction failed. I just checked my bank, and the money was debited out. Checked my account and no platinum in there. Is there anything that I'm missing?

yeah u guys not alone.. i bought $10 worth of plat.. told me transaction failed.. but in my bank account its pending to come out.. but no plat under my character.. when is this going to be fixed?????????? i'm beyond pissed!

And the lists goes on just wrote in the bugged section but same happened to me.... This is very discouraging....

yeah really!!! i emailed them twice.. even talked to a dev on facebook... he said it would b fixed.. but that was like 2 hours ago.. this is messin up my game time... i need new weapons!!!!!!!!!!

Lol I just want to play new content... But this really is makin me think if its worth the money in its current state, my only concern is if Android users are truly in an beta game then why charge us for an unfinished product???

I agree, why do we have to pay for things in a beta? I have played many betas and after the beta is over you just start over if you want to continue playing. Betas are to test the content, system and fix bugs. This is the first time I payed to play a beta.

You never had to pay... the game would allow you to play up to level 18 for free. And we are now out of beta.

I agree, why do we have to pay for things in a beta? I have played many betas and after the beta is over you just start over if you want to continue playing. Betas are to test the content, system and fix bugs. This is the first time I payed to play a beta.
The game is live and has been for 6 months. Only the Android client was in beta.

I wouldn't really call that free... sounds more like a trial to me...

As I said originally, I am playing the Android Beta. ;-) Thanks for all the help I am getting with this. I feel confident the issue will be resolved. :-)

Why can't we access https://auth.pocketlegends.com/WebStore/store.jsp from our mobile browsers? Or what browser does everyone uses to access it???
