Winterfest coins - Purchased items level

Spacetime,

I'm just checking to see if it was the intention of the developers to not allow anyone under level 36 to use the Winterfest purchasable pink legendary items? If so there is no way for anyone under level 36 to get a legendary pink weapon from the content and actually be able to use it - we can only use the epic variety which is sad for players who would like one of the weapons with a nice proc who don't play at end-game.

Yes i agree i doubt they will add pinks at this point but, the purple weapons i always liquidate so even just 4 that and collectable purposes pinks would be greatly appreciated.
