Where is it better to farm for the arcane staff, locked crates or elite golden puzzleboxes?

The chances are higher in locked. Then again it is all based on LUCK.

in locked you have chance for other mythic and arcane too. But for locked you need plat, while puzzleboxes dont

Locked Crates have a higher chance to loot an Arcane Staff but cost platinum.

i go for hooks at elite SS, well because i need hooks, and i have no plat. i would go for puzzle just because i dont wanna pay.

Elite golden puzzlebox are crap, trust me they always give epics!!!!!! ( opened 75+ so far, got only 2-3 good pinks ).. Sts should rlly nerf the chances of getting good gear in elite gold puzzle box....i mean its so hard to get them +___+

Buff you mean? I think you should spend at least 10m gold worth of EGP's to at least have a realistic chance in looting the arcane staff.

Just like lockeds, the average player would need to at least open 200+ crates to loot mythics.

I opened over 400 locked this week and got junk myself, so my advice is stick with free play cause plats aren't worth it
