50k+ping

:grey:so does anyone know how to solve this. I played starting from the dead city expansion, and it was always (ping) was always yellow to1k
But after the Christmas event, it goes to50k+ to 1.5 mil immediately and I'm disconnected. WEIRD like hell
Is it becus there's so many people logging in?

120k is max ping allowed after it we get dc.
short answer - u need better connection.

i have the same problem. I have a good internet connection and my ping always was 150-250. But after winter event my ping is terrible. It reaches 50-70k.
