My "forgot password" option isn't working, or at least I'm not receiving the emails.
And yes, I check my junk/spam folder

If you dont get answer in some days contact them again. This all what you can do.

We had a non-game server outage this weekend, so that might explain it. You can try it again or wait for support to reply.
