is clock glitching?

Well i just want to know if anybody has experience this behavior. Mostly in pvp i drop clocks and every other drop it doesnt show.no dot either but cooltime normal. In 1 hour early today i experienced it like 6 times :/

Naaah man I got slaughtered by some twink gang and my clock doesn't drop the beat. When is lagged I can tell

Try charging. I believe Timeshift only does DoT when you charge the skill.
