Issue buying platinum from both amazon and droid

Im trying to purchase 75 platinum and i am unable to purchase them through my droid and amazon. If i try to purchase through my Droid x it just cancels the load page and says connection error and unable to access the page. With amazon ill get to the confirm order page and it will just take forever to load the receipt page then it gets an apache error of some sort and my transaction fails.

It told me it failed yet my account shows me its pending and account is negative 10.99, 1 dollar processing fee via amazon. This is very annoying... and before admins message yes I already emailed support.... I wonder if Apple users have this problem because this is ridiculous.....

Same thing but it has nothing pending. Never gets a chance to even confirm my order.

Omg. I'm having the same problem. Keeps saying my purchase failed yet it still shows up under pending transactions from my bank. I called amazon and they are researching the problem. When they email me ill post what they say

I am having same issue, bought 300 plat got charged did not receive. I called amazon and they are about useless, they have no record of my order yet I have the order on my bank statement.

Hmm sounds like we are in the same boat.. an admin really needs to.address this issue... My patients is wearing thin and plus I could have bought beer wit that 10 bucks... quick.edit I already sent 2 emails yet no response...

These issues seem to stem from the following problem:

- A buyer tries to purchase platinum from the Amazon webstore.
- We receive authorization to charge the user's credit card.
- We ask Amazon to initiate a charge.
- Amazon puts a lock on the funds.
- Amazon decides that the transaction requires manual investigation.
- Our transaction processing times out, and Amazon automatically cancels the order.

The problem with all of this is that the lock on the funds doesn't immediately go away. Since there was no transaction completed, we can't issue a refund for it. Thus far, when we contact Amazon to make sure that it was just a lock on the funds and not a charge, they have asked us to direct users here (since they can't release users' financial data to us):

Still, it's best to also alert us at support(at)spacetimestudios.com so that we can look into it from our end as well.

I just bought plat with google checkout. All seemed to do well, except it never showed up in my account.

I am trying to buy Platinum, but when I do, I get to a browser page that tells me the SSL certificate is invalid, then when I "Proceed Anyways", I get to a 404 page. I'm on an Android. If you guys want $, fix it!

fx: that's a known bug with the android 2.1 default browser and many certificate authorities. You'll need to either purchase from an alternate browser (I believe opera works) or another machine.

I bought play using that Google checkout eight hours ago and have yet to receive my platinum. I could've spent that money elsewhere. What's the deal man? I'm starting to really hate this game. I just want to advance. Can someone please please please help me before I break my phone!
