so i go for high mana/hp so

1. devour bow of potency lvl 25
2. sealord mesh of will (dex int) or for dmg tarlok of potency, or shadow potency
3. sealord curiass of will (dex int) or for dmg tarlok of pot again
4. for higher mana/hp ensorcelled band of brutality, for dmg ensorcelled ring of potency
5 for hp miraculous of brutality, for dmg and mana swirling potency.

all lvl 25, and all diff prices.

for skill build it varies. i recommend using aimed nox piercer and packs. and for passives 5/5 dex passives and left over points in str passives

Tarlok helm armor and amulet, devourer bow, ring not sure..ensorcelled of potency but is expensive.
