recipe question

When recipes go on sale in cs...will they be stash able too?

Also once jan13 hits. Recipe stay in inventory and then u can sell back to the void for gold? Like dumping armor and such?

This is how I read the official statement:

Recipes will never be tradeable.
They will only be able to be scraped (sold to the void) until 13th, then they will disappear from your inventory.
