Yes, the free entry to goblin's lair that comes with the enter the lair quest would allow players to go in and kill the goblin, then delete the quest and get it again for limitless entries to fight the goblin.

question. is this going to change the fact that if my friend or I myself buy a 5 plat portal to Tarlok. And my friend joins is it going to cost 5 platinum ? because as it was now it cost 5 for whoever bought the portal and 1 to join.

Definitely no changes were included in how portals spawn or their rates, so just bad luck in your hunting. Sorry :(

No it is not true. You can get everything without paying but you need time to save money. All the plat exclusive things now are tradable (like mythic pet) or buyable with vendors (inv slot, auc slot).
You can use plat if you want to save time, that's all.

Well since I didn't have this problem before the free goblin portal daily, I'll try an experiment by running SS before accepting the quest. Doubt it'll make a difference, but it can't be worse than yesterday's irritatingly non-existent spawn rate.

Geez, when I enter daily portal with my warrior, it takes more than 5 minutes to kill this stupid goblin though I wear mythic armor and helm. Even if we abstract from warrior and his awful damage output, goblin is harder to kill with full party than Tarlok! And this miser gives only 8 tokens and copper... I think, wolf should drop 8 tokens with a chance of copper and goblin - 12 with a chance of silver to be fair. Or reduce goblin's hp at least.
