new guild

how does one start a new guild? i have had several members leave mine since I have under 100 people. just wondering

Pay either 50,000 gold or 20 platinum for a guild charter (under the guild tab in the social menu, or talk to magnus in a city castle) and then create your guild. You can (optional) pay 50 extra platinum for a guild hall, so that it would be successful in attracting more members.
