UI/Screen Bug on Gemmed Items?

Found a bug/screen stats issue when i checked my own stats

This is the stats i took from my own warrior screen
54449
This is the stats i took from my alt char screen 54450

Ungemmed items stats:
On warrior screen
54462
On alt char screen Stats are the same
54463


I'm wearing all same gemmed/Ungemmed equipment in all screenshots above..
All of the screenshots are taken on computer
Don't know whether is this a bug just on my screen, tried switching on Ipod version 6.0 and compare the stats while wearing the same equipment but the stats differs too..

This a bug?

And after regemming a gem on it's own spot. It move to other gem spot instead of it's original spot. Anyone experiencing this?
