In order to complete all the quests, you have to get 2/3 piece rings. Which I'm assuming are the sparkles.

The max was 213 but I believe they added one.

Ok I was wrong on the 214, I just went through old photos and as of Halloween the max total quests was 213.
I know I had all quests done on main so it was 213/213. It's this event that has added the phantom quest.
I do know I had all quests done very recently.

Ichors quest isn't on the total quest series anymore.

The 2pc and 3pc ring quests count as the 212nd and 213rd quest.

Nope, all quests done give no reward.

I was wrong on that. I did have all quests which prior to xmass event was 213/213. When they added xmass this year it glitched and added a phantom quest that can't be completed.
After the event I bet it resets to 213.
